Every order includes a free butane torch, shipped separately. Have butane fuel, a suitable glass and your drink ready for your first pour.

Use the included butane torch. Its focused jet flame gets the chips smouldering, which produces the smoke for your drink.

About a minute once the drink is built. Choose your wood, add a pinch of chips, light them with the torch, and let the smoke fall into the glass.

You can use it with cocktails and other spirits too. Try aged rum or a tequila cocktail when you want a change from whiskey.

Start with a small pinch of chips and about 30 seconds. Taste the drink, then adjust the time on your next pour.

Choose a rocks or Old Fashioned glass with a flat rim that supports the disc securely. Place the glass on a level surface before setting the smoker on top.

The 6 tins provide about 60 pours when you use a small pinch each time. Close the tins after use to keep the chips dry.

Clean it by hand. Let the smoker cool completely, empty the spent chips and brush the screen. Wipe the wood with a dry cloth.

A butane torch produces an open flame, so read the safety instructions supplied with the torch before use. Keep it away from children, use it in a ventilated space away from anything flammable, and let the smoker cool completely before handling or storing it.
